We've decided to have a bash at growing organic tomatoes. These are quite a valuable commodity in the area because they are difficult to grow (organically) in this part of Thailand.
Sam has every confidence that he can produce some decent crops and he has been liaising with a friend of his to get some good advice on the best way forward.
The seedlings have already been grown by Emily in the poly-tunnel and we are now in the process of building a shelter to get the plants through the rainy season.
The chickens and pigs are working hard to make us fertiliser so its only a matter of time before the plants go into the ground.
Here's hoping that we can get some decent toms soon.
