The orphanage has launched a range of products which can be sold to raise money. It is hoped that this will provide a revenue stream as well as raise the profile of Baan San Fan. The children help with the production and get great pleasure from being part of the funding cycle.

Coconut oil
Description:
Cream always rises to the top, and in the case of coconuts; the cream is its wonderful oil. It has a wonderful aroma and has a variety of uses. It is particularly good for the skin and can be used as a moisturiser, a low SPF sun oil or to help relieve sunburn. Its also commonly used as a massage oil and leaves the skin feeling revitalised and soft.
Want to try something different? Why not use it as a cooking oil? Its a wonderful way to seal chicken at the start of your curry preparation and it is good for the digestion.

Our honey comes from high in the mountains above Bang Wan. The local villagers collect it and sell it in the markets and shops of Takua Pa.
